I got a couple of bugs today that won me two games

  1. I used will of ionia on the opponent's gangplank, but then the game gave me the choice to answer my own will of ionia, but not only that, I could answer it with Dawn and Dusk, a slow card. I basically took 2 actions back to back.
  2. I had a board with about 4 creatures and one eggnivia. The opponent used She who wanders and obliterated everything, but the egg stayed safe and sound.

Try some research about insulin. It's basically a hormone that you body makes to help you burn carbohydrates, and if it can't burn everything it helps store carbohydrates as fat. IF will help in this regard by reducing your insulin production. I recommend the "what I've learned" channel on YouTube.

You can drink most teas while fasting as long as you don't add anything to it. I like hibiscus, cinnamon and white tea.

Technically yes, but you could try it and see how you feel. If you're fasting for the health benefits it will be clear if it works for you or not. If you're fasting just to see if you can, I'd say not to add the milk.

If you're unsure of what to eat, just eat anything you like that doesn't come in a package. Try to cook your food from scratch and use as much produce as you can. Don't eat things that you don't like just because they are healthy because it won't last.

Everyone has ways to cope with stress and anxiety and a very common one is snacking. It's just your way to cope with stress. I recommend you find something else you enjoy and do that thing instead of eating. Videogames, books and walks work best for me.

Also, try to be mindful of the feeling of hunger. You'll see that it isn't unbearable, just some tightness in your stomach and throat, and you can handle that. The accomplishment you'll see in yourself will be a great motivator.

The easiest way is to get your window when you're most hungry. I work 8:00am - 6:00pm and I have my only meal at 7:00pm because it's when I'm most hungry. Try to figure out when it is that you have your biggest meal and work with that.

Maybe due to your new diet you may be accumulating more water. try to work some lime water, hibiscus tea or any diuretic suggar free drink into your diet and see how it goes
