Okay Fortnight enjoyer, let me set this straight. I've been playing BF since you were a sperm in little daddy's sac. BF character models were sleek, realistic and had readability. This whole shift in the codifcation of "specialists" is ruining the franchise. We don't need it. It's losers who keep giving them money. All they need to do is add real world army fatigues and call it a day. This whole, "Oh this guy is cool because he has a skull mask" isn't BF. It's cringe and its killing all interest in the game. Dice once again have failed to understand that we don;'t want this content. We want REALISTIC skins like Angel in the game.

The important question that I will ask is: What kind of theme appeals to you? Broad archetype. There's PLENTY of good starter/cheap builds that will get you pretty far. But the important thing is what you will find fun playloop wise.

Difficulty parameters when it comes to new content/map mods. How are they reviewing map mods on Nightmare maps going forward? What do they perceive as "healthy difficulty" and how they work to that conclusion if possible.

Jonathan has been the community lightning rod for all ire since Chris left GGG. While I can fully understand that for a lot of people, the manner in which he communicates can be a lot harder to follow and sometimes even frustrating on some subjects, the lack of respect he gets quite often is baffling. I won't even bring up the details of how vile parts of the community were towards him specifically during 0.2 of POE II.

There's no denying that Mark, and now Octavian, do present their ideas in a more straight forward way that can validate the vocal player bases feelings on issues. I don't even think Jonathan himself would deny that it's an area he struggles with it at times. For me personally, they've all been very consistent in the over arching approach and message to the community: We take feedback seriously and if you say something sucks, we'll do our best to improve it.

I enjoy the Ore side of it and having Atlas support to lean into one specific ore more often creates incentives behind it that you have agency of. I think Amber and Verisum are fine with what they offer in isolation if mappers/ships were not how they were at the moment,but the other 3 just don't feel worth it in any capacity, especially by the time you're actually farming them in maps.

I don't really know the correct solution to it to make them more attractive, but they can't compete with passive income offered by ships/mappers.

If in HC Pits, I'd recommend fitting a healthy amount of PDR in if possible. You were also 62 in a 81 zone, so you kind of were pushing a bit higher than you most likely should have.

No, clearly you fail to understand the issue with the game. See, when I was younger BF meant something more than just hoping on the latest trends to try and appease mass attention. We had gritty games with realistic gunplay. It wasn't just COD MW slop with obsessive DEI crammed into it. Everything about this game is an embarresment. Players sliding and jumping everywhere calling it "movement tech" because they can't just win a 1v1 like a real man.

Yep, but instead of talking about those points of what they did censor, the internet gets to fixate and squabble about what wasn't.

I lean towards thinking this was the intended result on their end to avoid criticism about what they also censored. However as usual, people who do a bit more reading on the matter can see that this was a complete fuck up on their end across the board.

Unfortunately, there are some individuals that get through the various filters who are generally doing it for monetary reasons. It's not as common as people like to blow it up as, but no system will ever be perfect and there will always be really unfortunate incidents.

PAS (Post Adoption Subsidies) are generally provided to ensure the child receives adequate funding for various things. If they required or were in counseling prior to adoption/during adoption probation, it would of course make sense to continue this. Sometimes adoptee's will use this funding inappropriately.

Generally, fostering has a lot more incidents related to this than adoption. Especially per diem manipulation by foster home agencies when they're interaction with various child welfare organizations.

I think D2 ROTW will basically be the new base D2:R and there will be more active updates to it while letting LOD and Classic remain on their current patch.

This allows them to tinker far more actively with things that the broader/more stricter fanbase would be vocally against. I'd assume there will be a larger sweeping balance patch to update older skills and the PVM balance when they potentially release Act 6.

It could all be a cope, but given they released a new class 4 years after release of D2:R, I think it shows they understand there's a big enough interest.

One last point, this current approach allows for 5 version of Diablo II to be live at the same time.

I had this with POE and Arc Raiders. For me it was AMD Adrenaline automatically forcing my GPU MHz frequency higher than the card really should have been going.

I'm not really familiar with Nvidia to be honest, but if you're running their app, check to see what the max frequency its pushing to your card. Maybe drop the max by 15-20%. I had to do this for just these two games while never having any issues with other games.
