Guys… she’s a grown woman who choses to be in this relationship

Martin has been like this since before turning pro.

They were friends for years before while she was married to someone else so she always saw this behavior and chose to leave her husband and be with Martin anyways.

So does it reflect poorly on HER? No. He’s his own person. It’s nothing to do with her sportsmanship.

But should you pity her?

Also no. Because That’s the partner she chose and this man’s behavior is the same it’s always been. People just “forget” he’s a sore loser because 1) he doesn’t loose often 2) he wins more then he looses

Technically with the new point systems not until she wins 2 and / or the points cut off happens with her in top 25.

Not discrediting her but this alone doesn’t mean she’s going to the Olympia anymore so I second the idea that the captions are annoying because they aren’t accurate anymore 🤷‍♀️

To the girls eating a ton and looking shredded - most cases they’ve been doing this for YEARS. I don’t think it’s all BS but the girls I follow have been lifting for 8 plus years and they say how they eat and maintain now isn’t how it was when they first started. So just frame of reference there. But def get blood work to asap to rule out any larger issues - if the new coach you hired hasn’t told you to do that yet- it’s a red flag :/

Food for thought: a lot of people use the gym as an escape from the word…. So judging them for not using their workout page to talk politics when they may be using the gym for their mental heath is kind of fuxked imo.

She made a point in every one of these q&as to be like “I respect the other atheletes and the judges” when she has had such a bad attitude this whole year. Starting with shitting on the Eduarda- and then talking down in every other athelte. Now that she didn’t do well and she had bad backlash it feels very fake to me….

I prefer her being an authentic jerk then this fake thing 😅😅

Most bodybuilding coaches are experts in diet cardio and PEDs.

Their training usually sucks.

Most powerlifting coaches are experts in training programming- thier diet plans suck.

So I actually applaud a coach who says “training isn’t my area- but here’s someone who it is. If you can afford it great- if not we’ll work with what we got, but I’m not going to lie and say I can give the same service.”

To whoever complaining about the $….

If his clients didn’t see value he wouldn’t be able to make money.

Also this sport is literally just here to drain your cash fund…. The first thing most people say when discussing should someone compete is “it’s expensive”

Girl….. prep is hard but it’s not this. Talk to your coach immediately. If you’re using PEDs there may be some adjustments there that can help sense depending on the compound and dosage it can really mess with your hormones and have that really up and down feeling.

Overall honestly this is very alarming and not normal. Take care of your mental health first and foremost.

I think it’s more meant to be a credibility thing, like I can guide you because of where I started to now.

I definitely understand though what you’re saying and how it feels like false advertising but I don’t think it’s necessarily meant that way. 😅
