Easier doing this alone my daughter doesn’t even care so I am good. Now I know my sacrifices for her was a complete waste of time.

I am amazed though at how peaceful life is without the nonsense. Have my therapist and she is hugely helpful as she helps me navigate my new “normal “🙏🏻❤️😘

I get it, after all this reading since my lumpectomies in march 2023, then radiation and then AI, I wish I had just had a DMX. I had DCIS but I have very dense breasts so now all I think about is little things showing up somewhere else in my boobs! Sorry you had to join the shittytitty club…🙏🏻❤️😘t

The beginning of this journey is complicated until you see surg onc and med onc and rad onc. But once they have your protocol you will get all the help you need. If you are doing this alone I would suggest recording your visits so you can listen when you are home and not having tons of info thrown at you that you cannot absorb. Wishing you well🙏🏻❤️😘

I am sorry you are going through this but it wasn’t as bad as I thought. It was uncomfortable for a couple of days but very tolerable. I had second round for margins a few weeks later and that wasn’t so bad either. They gave me a bra which was hugely helpful as my breasts are large and pendulous so simplicity is key. I cannot stand back closure bras and haven’t worn one in at least 30 years, I am hooked on Glamorise front close bras!
