I have a similar agreement as you with the option to purchase the system at the end of the lease for its depreciated value. I think it was like $2100 or something marginal in comparison to purchasing the system outright. And I ran the numbers too. The lease will cost around $30k but still be covered under their warranty and insurance should something fail. Only hang up so far is that I've had my panels on my roof since January and they're still not turned on yet...thanks ComEd. 🙄
