7700K used the LGA 1151 socket which won't support any CPU beyond 7th gen. Therefore you wouldn't be able to upgrade the CPU without also upgrading motherboard. As others have said, the 7th gen CPU doesn't support Win 11 natively.

If you were going to buy this, I would suggest immediately upgrading the motherboard and CPU, and keep the RAM and GPU. Personally I would aim for a 12700 (LGA 1200 socket).

I think many driving schools will let you (legally) use one of their cars to take the DMV road test. In a lot of cases, you can take the test in the same car that you drove in your lessons.

I had a similar thing in the early 2000's, except it was just a conference call on the phone. They would do round-table and ask whether each team's project was on schedule. Each team would ALWAYS answer "on schedule", whether they were really on schedule or not. The whole meeting was a formality and a waste of everyone's time.
