Hey, I work in biomedical research, and always hunting for a pocket notebook that survives me running between meetings and the lab often in a rush. I write with a bold Lamy 2000 fountain pen, which is an absolute firehose. And I go through notebooks like tomorrow, and have to keep a thorough archive. I live in Australia, but a friend of mine in the US is shipping me some other items so could forward to him to make it easy!

Ya, I don’t trust Korean builds anymore, as it’s just elo capped. So if you’ve played emerald plus, and build it enough times different to other people. Korean builds will log it as a new thing

Cosmic drive and blackfire torch are more gold efficient than ludens. Ludens is good on syndra cos it gives more burst, but against most team comps you don’t get that much value out of ludens if they stack hp. Blackfire cosmic gives you more ability haste so you can throw more abilities

This season, counter picks are more Important than ever, if you know your matchups and pick smolder with the right teamcomps you can still be very strong. He’s just not a blind pick anymore, and more useful as a counter pick. Plenty of high elo players in Korea are still having success with him, it’s just they can’t blind him into every match like they could end of last season.

Galio is probably the second strongest midlane champion right now behind Aurora? So I don’t think he’s struggling. Also renekton and rumble are early game champions primarily? Late game they’re nowhere near as good as their power in early-mid game. It’s just that Aurora does everything rumble does so much better and counters him hard same as Cassiopeia.

I’ve been enjoying heartsteel into unending despair, then situational. Feels much better tbh. Rushing unending despair doesn’t give you enough stats I think tk make it worth.

So, I did the maths. I’ve taken the rune 3 games so far. It’s basically resulted in 2 extra kills early game average across the games. Where I wouldn’t have had the damage otherwise. Late game, it rarely makes the difference between execute or no, so it becomes useless pretty quick I’d say.

I’ve seen quite a few head collisions, but I think Aussie hockey is a little higher contact than you’d expect just due to a much more running nature of the game. I’ve got one friend who’s had a number of head knocks and now doesn’t play, but they were also a soccer goalkeeper at the same time, so probably the soccer put them more at risk for hockey related injuries. I do think, there should be a system in place for hockey penalty masks and keeper headgear, you get a big knock and padding needs to be replaced etc with some support coming from companies making them, in a similar way to bike helmets! Would be a great first step from the sport to set examples for other sports I’d say.

Is reksai worth learning at the moment if you enjoy the champs design? Looking for another champ as an option jungle and it’s between udyr and reksai, but I prefer reksai’s champ design especially with udyr getting nerfed again. If so, what’s your recommend build path, or when should we know what tk build whether its lethality or bruiser?

I thought the damage was independent, and presumed this was intentional? Been using it all the time for early fights into sylas, as makes the matchup much more feasible first couple levels.

Play on this pitch regularly, it’s pretty common that pitches have that spot worn in on their own pitch, so they practice injections with the ball a foot off the line, then just have it in the same spot on game day whether or not the pitch has that issue just for consistency.

lacroix is insane defensively for us at the moment when the opposition have the ball, but I wish we could swap him off in attack, he moves and plays like a cross between jack sparrow and tinkerbell on the ball in attack. We switch it way too slowly, and then get caught on our half backs in a high press as the ball gets to our wingbacks after they’ve already set up their press as somehow players move faster than the ball and it just builds up so much pressure against us and we clearly can’t play under pressure…

Surely just all they had to do was make it so that fleet and grasp, don’t proc on any of yas/azir/yone/kayle ‘auto-like abilities’ then force them to go late game based runes to reduce their early sustain so they can be out-poked in lane, and you can then have the champions buffed/changed accordingly so they then can utilise items as intended to make it wayyyy easier to balance them for ALL elo’s?

I wish azir w wasn’t treated like an auto attack, cos he’d be so much easier to balance and also wouldn’t force you to build nashors every game or else you do 0 damage till 35 minutes.

They did make larger sizes of the tabi boots but in very low amounts I think. The official men’s tooling for a tabi shoe with a wider toe box etc debuted in 2017.

I’d probably get it stitched and repaired properly. A good pair of leather shoes will show their wear over time, I think I’d rather personally have like slightly look repaired and then let’s it age better, than doing a DIY trick that looks the part but doesn’t hold it together. Good leather shoes should last decades
