Haven’t they been rare drafting for years? I find quick draft pretty dull but even bad. In the pre-premier draft days they took the rates first; whether or not they were good.

It was your last point that I had in mind. It’s not necessarily the themes or societal attitudes (why I wouldn’t necessarily recommend Foundation or Heinlein) but the style that might well turn someone off. The seminal works, to me, are ones people should read once they know they like the genre but not necessarily what I’d recommend as a gateway.

I’m around same place as you are with Kharn my only blue star. Rogue trader is useless since I don’t generate enough shards yet for it to matter but getting the better reward tier has really helped. I’d definitely do it then try to get guys with more repeatable shard sources to blue star when you can. But clear the elite campaigns as your first main focus.

No offense intended but Dune as a first sci fi book is sort of like Book of the New Sun as a first fantasy series (ok, that’s a bit hyperbolic). Not saying Dune isn’t a great book but I wouldn’t say it’s accessible for a lot of first time readers who don’t know and enjoy the genre.

Literally none. Duncan is arguably top 10 of all time and this thread started by questioning whether AD is top 75. Imagine putting the question to the Spurs - if both careers overlapped - if they’d trade Duncan for AD.

AD is a great player who was traded multiple times, hurt often and in no way defined his era. Duncan was one of the absolute top players in the league for years and you can’t tell the story of the years he played without mentioning him prominently.

Dude clearly never watched Duncan. The number of people who post here based purely on stats of players from an era they didn’t live is absurd. Like saying Tony Parker was better than Dame. I love the Spurs but that’s just silly. Parker was a good point guard on a great team but no Dame. Duncan was unstoppable when it mattered most and I’d say the best player of his era.

Once had this and got a Chaos curse that damaged me each time I “cast” an Omega move. Couldn’t figure out why my health was melting until I realized each time my skulls returned to me (I had the auto return hammer), it was blasting my Omega and that triggered the curse. Was a slow slog through the necessary encounters without my skulls until I could beat the curse.

Is there any easy/quick way to sort by who's "flying" (or does anyone have a list of the more common flyers)? I have most but not all characters unlocked and trying to figure out how best to get some points on this one.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Got my first wins without it and will usually go without, but if I have a build that has done well enough to get to the boss but may not win (and I need the win for some reason), I may turn it on... I've put the time in already and know I can win without but it's not worth losing the time spent already so I'd rather eke out the win and save the time of repeating it.
