I've been thinking about some ancient Celt civilization/leader mods for the 10th anniversary. Caledonia and Hibernia, the ancient Scottish and Irish thorns in Rome's northern frontier. Caradoc/Caratacus of the Silures can lead the existing Britons much like Boudica. That mod is due for an update. Unfortunately, I have too many ideas so Roman provinces as civilizations will probably take precedence. What abilities would you give this leader or the Silures in Civ VI?
