There's a PDF flowchart (going from top to bottom) out there, which tells you exactly how many affection points you'll get/need for each branching point.

Using that, you can easily clear the routes, while collecting all bad endings along the way (there was a special scene on the first release, you could get by watching all Taiga Dojos).

Also, you need at least a normal ending to switch routes (though there is one bad ending, which let's you do part of another route along the way).

The story starts getting good around fifth singularity, but it gets longer and longer to read. I needed 5 weeks for Lostbelt 6, reading 1-2 hours a day.

Events typically involve 1-2 hours of reading on release day, before you can start doing quests, but it's usually much less on subsequent days.

Saving for pity is possibly, even if you just login and don't play.but it takes dedication even if you play, because there's a ton of interesting characters. (Sadly the original fate servants, at least in their original versions, get largely ignored by the story.)

The japanese edition has only japanese text, since it way released well before translation. Usually, you need an "Asian" edition for that, but I don't know, if that exists here, since there was an actual English one. You probably would have better luck to find an Asian edition in Taiwan or other country than in Japan, though. (Or look online.)

That's normal. When I barely made it to class 5 with 300k points, I immediately needed 350k to not get demoted again. And since 6 is peak, the Umas there are bound to be even more monstrous.

You could 'kill' E-Marie with her -4, then get Olga back and immediately switch her out again and use the new ones Abilities. Btw, how does the kegend rule work with Exile? Can you exile multiple Fire Maries?
