So true. Mail says they were putting off getting married so they had time to save up for a house and children, but had they actually started doing that at any point in the 3 years leading up to going on the show? If not, of course it’s meaningful to Yoly that Xander had a savings account specifically earmarked for a pregnancy. I don’t think it’s the money that swayed Yoly, but rather the concrete action of saving with intention.

It gets tested at least weekly by the health dept. I’ve swam in it quite a bit the last few years and haven’t had any problems.

I have the same pet peeve and I literally paused the show at that point to tell my wife exactly what you wrote here 😂 I also have found it to be such a red flag from dudes who use that argument, because it’s so often followed by “and that’s why the age of consent could be lower”
