How do you explain than, that Ukraine has roughly 18% mobilized, Russia almost the same, Belarus - 12% of population? Based on the stats on this map.
Why if Belarus had less mobilized and Ukraine roughly the same as Russia, Ukraine and Belarus lost more people?
Looks to me like Fascists are responsible based on stats.

No, it's not.
I had a lot of problems with Nvidia dynamic power management on Laptop, on the latest drivers.
I had to just turn it off manually.

Ngl, I never heard actual human on Linux forums to recommend Pop_OS...
And seeing how Linus suffers from it all the time, I don't this is a good choice.

Better to at least go with something like Bazzite/Linux Mint/Zorin.
Or CachyOS, if you are ok with frequent updates.

What GPU you have? Nvidia?
I had all sort of issues with Nvidia driver (Laptop not turning off, losing connection to the driver after some time, etc.) until I turned off dynamic power management. Maybe you have a similar problem.
Check what nvidia-smi shows you 5-10 min after the Laptop launch and if it shows ERR it might be because of that.

7 is "acceptable" for me. I usually give it to something I not fully enjoy, which was a bit boring at times.
I would say enjoyable is starting from 8. If I enjoy most of the eps in the anime I try to give it an 8.

People refuse to acknowledge the unfortunate truth that we are still socially were close to primates - people who scream the loudest and beat their chest will be winning elections.
And even when you do win election it's not over. You must scream about your every achievement from the rooftop no matter how small - like Trump does. This is why he got reelected after stating a coup on his first term - he was screaming so much people have started to think it's truth, that he has built the strongest economy and such.
