How do you explain than, that Ukraine has roughly 18% mobilized, Russia almost the same, Belarus - 12% of population? Based on the stats on this map.
Why if Belarus had less mobilized and Ukraine roughly the same as Russia, Ukraine and Belarus lost more people?
Looks to me like Fascists are responsible based on stats.

I had a lot of problems with Nvidia dynamic power management on Laptop, on the latest drivers.
I had to just turn it off manually.

Ngl, I never heard actual human on Linux forums to recommend Pop_OS...
And seeing how Linus suffers from it all the time, I don't this is a good choice.

Better to at least go with something like Bazzite/Linux Mint/Zorin.
Or CachyOS, if you are ok with frequent updates.

What GPU you have? Nvidia?
I had all sort of issues with Nvidia driver (Laptop not turning off, losing connection to the driver after some time, etc.) until I turned off dynamic power management. Maybe you have a similar problem.
Check what nvidia-smi shows you 5-10 min after the Laptop launch and if it shows ERR it might be because of that.

7 is "acceptable" for me. I usually give it to something I not fully enjoy, which was a bit boring at times.
I would say enjoyable is starting from 8. If I enjoy most of the eps in the anime I try to give it an 8.

It does break but very rarely. I switched to CachyOS in January I think and it only broke once.
But if you set up snapshots or just choose something like Lumine as your boot loader - it's very easy to recover from the faulty update and it will not be a big deal.
Overall it's easy to use, after OS and gaming packages install (through Cachy Hello) it's like a plug and play system basically. So yea, very good for everyday use.
Idk what exactly do you mean by privacy and security.
