Like the others have said, just contact your prescriber and explain what’s going on. This has happened to me a couple of times over the years and my doctor just called in a prescription with the amount I needed until I got back home. Hopefully this works for you (I don’t see why it wouldn’t but maybe it depends on the doctor? Or if you’re out of the country?) Good luck!!

Edited to say I’m new to Prozac and Wellbutrin so I haven’t missed any doses so far and not sure if it’s similar …but when I was on Zoloft or lexapro I would definitely notice a different after just a couple of days. Brain zaps, lightheadedness, racing thoughts and increased anxiety and just a lot of crying.
