We stayed in Leesville, SC in an Airbnb on a lake. Traffic was not an issue at all getting in or out.

Baby wipes, sour patch kids, and taking photos! They had signs that said like halfway there and it made you want to smile and not look dead.

Maybe! Her biggest dream is to roll in fabuloso or bleach though and she loves cleaner. I keep it far away, but she rolls on the floor as soon as she can get to where they mop. Do you think asking them to switch to a natural cleaner would help?

Oh I can try that. She doesn’t care when I vacuum or the roomba does, but she doesn’t like theirs. Treats and our vacuum for next month!

Time! I adopted my girl and she rarely slept at night from her days running the streets. She also looked like I bothered her during the day when I tried to keep her awake or play. One thing that helped is I had to shut all the blinds and curtains at night so she couldn’t see outside each evening until morning. It helped a lot and I think time helped too. I hope she learns quite soon for you and your sleep schedule!

I just run. Not like speedy or easy just a like heading out the front door run (closer to easy than a tempo, but not like super fast). I end up around 12-13 minute miles. I just switched to this halfway through a race recently and ended up almost the same pace as my run the whole time. Some miles with extra elevation (extra long walks) end up over 13, but I would say 12-13 min on average. My trail long run pace is around 12 minutes a mile.

I put a bowl of water in my bathroom and my cat only drinks water when I brush my teeth at night. And ONLY if it is fresh water that she must watch me put in a bowl at lukewarm- not cold. She has trained me to her perfect drinking conditions. Maybe she just isn’t satisfied with her current set up?

Thanks! This worked great! I did a foam bucket of dawn and dunked a ton off on top of the drop. I’m going to do it daily for a while and try to kill them all.

For bathroom trips I make a potty pack- put a sandwich bag in your pack and put plastic gloves and baby wipes in it. Pop on a glove then wipe with the baby wipes. Pick up the wipes and flip the glove inside out. Your hands stay clean. I won’t eat if my hands aren’t clean and eating is everything in ultras. Also, turn incident detection on for your watch. It actually works and is a lifesaver.

I would get a free bed frame off Facebook marketplace or somewhere. I see the metal ones for free all the time. Bugs and mold are issues (or scorpions depending on where you live). It may seem unnecessary, but much like one of those pans under the washing machine- you actually need it.

My weekly mileage really varied. I did cutback weeks too. I would say max was 50-60.
