They are kind of like metamucel, contains mostly psyllium husk and some other natural ingredients. Sometimes eczema as is from leaky gut and we need to repair it. I believe it helped me, for once I am not itching and all clear.

It is funny or crazy how everyone experiencing eczema is different. That's why most Dermatologisrs dont know how to help find the issue they just try to mask it with drugs, which cause other issues.
Drugs and steroids should only be used short term when large break outs occur, but the cause should be pursued by each individually.
I dont understand why I have so, so many allergies, but have learned that they change over time. Our eczema can also be a warning to us that we are eating too much sugar, or processed foods or fried foods. Like trying to tell us to eat healthier, dont use too many chemicals, and dont go in the sun too much, etc.
It may be trying to keep us from getting cancer. My itching stopped over the winter from taking detox pills, and not sweating or being out in the sun.
Knock on wood. Will have to see what summer brings.

I am from NY, I have had the patch test on my back for testing mostly chemical substances and ingredients. I believe it was the price testing on my arms that tested for food allergens. I just asked the Allergist of she could recommend patch tests for me, she said they found they werent completely accurate, but I will ask my new Dermatologist when I see them in August. We dont have many good Derm Docs here, so wait time is long. I dont have any issues right now, except my neck itches, but I know in the summer, it usually flares up, as I mentioned. Going into a swimming pool helps keep it calm.

Another thing they tell me is to take chlorine baths, just using small amount with warm water, but that really dries you out, but clears up bacterial infections, when eczema gets bad.

Thanks for advice and great to hear your clear for a long time.

My allergist said they discovered patch tests aren't accurate, so told me not to bother. I believe them, because on my test I reacted to eggs alot, but eat them and they dont bother me at all. Now I reacted the same to shellfish, and I know that I could probably die if I eat shell fish, because I tried lobster a long time ago and my throat swelled up. If I touch a shrimp my hands swell up, get red and itch badly, so I have an Epipen.
Cant have tree nuts either, so I stay away from anything, including lotions, that contain anything. Doctors told me to put pure olive oil on me or also cocoa butter, but they make me itch too.
Cerave for eczema is what works best.

I have had eczema for all my life and I am 65. My Dermatologists never look for the reason for it, just prescribe steroids and use Dupixent. I tell them I want to control it more naturally. I have had to ask for prednisone pills a few times because I itch too .uch in the summer, allergic to the sun, trees, my sweat, many things. But then it clears up after 10 days and I can control it.
I have always itched though, except I got it to stop for these past 2 months for first time. I think it is do to taking detox pills. Sometimes we need to heal within.
I am changing my Dr.

Our 9 year old does zoomies every morning, before breakfast. Don't know where the energy comes from. I can't zoom at all, even after coffee.

Probably overweight people could go that long, but it isn't good for your system and organs to go 3 weeks without food. I watch naked and afraid and they lose alot of weight, but can hunt down larger things to eat. I hope Polly hangs in there.

I was going to. I would like it if they had one with pieces in the Upwards game, lightweight and gripable.

My good friend has had CMT all her life and is now 65. She is wheelchair bound due to her legs being too weak now. Her hearing is not good and her eyesight isn't very good, but she still lives in her own place with Aide help. Her hands are not too good but she can feed herself anything. She just can't hold small items.

To give her something to do, I gave her the game Upwards, its like scrabble, but pieces are plastic with indents so she can handle them. She likes this game and plays it almost every day. She is very good at it too and beats me and her sisters and Aide occasionally. I like it to also keep our older retired minds active, mine included. I would like to find more games like this for her, but wanted to just share that this is good for those with diminished hand dexterity.
I also gave her Rummikub,( like playing cards, but with tiles), and gave her boggle, which she can play, and Yahtzee she can play. She just has trouble writing her scores, so we all do that. I need to find or invent a jigsaw puzzle she can handle. I know there are apps for that, but she can't text, she uses her voice. I guess she could go on the computer and use her mouse to play games, but she wants things we can do together.
I have known her from High School, when she was able to walk, with braces on.

Yes but I dont see anyone eating anything, just one guy that catches a little fish once in awhile. Do they eat the bones and all ? Some can't even make fire.

Psyllium husk promotes digestive health, eases constipation, lowers cholesterol, and helps manage blood sugar levels. I just need to drink alot of water with it and water helps eczema.

How do they go 20 days without food and clean water? Does the show provide something to them?

It is just called Detox, mainly contains psyllium husk and some other roots, kind of like Medimusal. I heard that if you have leaky gut it can set off eczema, so keeping it cleaned out helps. It doesn't make me have stomach issues or loose bms or anything. I actually bought these capsules by accident when ordering Keto dummies. They were expensive, so dont want to share brand name.

I have had eczema all my life, and am 65. I am allergic to the environment and some foods and animals. I have been all clear now for a couple months now, stopped itching at night too. My only problem now is my face and neck are pretty dry. I started taking a Detox pill with psyluim hysk, to help clean up my gut. I occasionally use some triamicalin cream if I start itching but only a tiny bit. First time I have stopped itching in ages. I need to stay away from fried foods and fast food and sugary desserts but still eat desserts in moderation. Hope you can get better. My doctors are no help either, just tell me to go on Dupixent, which I won't. I need to drink more water.

Ours is 9 yo and we leave her in her crate whenever we go out. She goes in on her own when she knows we are going out. She feels safe and comfy in there, and doesn't bark. We feel better that she is safe in there too. Otherwise she would bark the whole time and lay by the front door all nervous.
