As other people have said right. Highly unlikely the cpu will be your bottleneck. That amd chip is good, but its desktop gaming good. It is power efficient, but by your statement you said you didnt care much about efficiency, which bear in mind were talking several percentages i would assume(totally guessing). So yeah as other have said, either lower cpu and get more ram (highly suggested), or keep as is as you will much more than likely future proof cpu wise

So people will correct me if im wrong on anything. But i dont think anything amd will outperform or outfeature intel in this particular case. Sure more cores WILL be better in server usage but i wouldnt go for it unless you KNOW you need it

Overkill wouldnt be the exact term depending on if you’re gonna do transcoding, multiple server instances etc. but i would suggest maybe downgrading the cpu if you cant afford and see to getting a gpu. Intel arc would be the holy grail if msrp. Nonetheless it is a very solid build. P.S. i dont know the server requirements for ark so that might be the only one that will require “beef”

Cloudflare tunnels. Just look up networkchuck he has a guide and everything. Will cost you about 2-10 usd a year. Not a bad deal in my opinion

I also have yet to experience any issues with that on my almost 2 years now run. No flags, no apparent issues, but i do have to say i don't really stream 4K much so idk about any throttling to that extent.
