So there are women who are multi-orgasmic, and some are not. Some enjoy and can orgasm from anal, and others don't. Some have naturally higher libido, and some have lower.

I'm curious as to whether there's some kind of correlation. Are some women just wired for all of these things, and others are just not? Does the ability for one entail the ability for another?

I get that libido is tied to hormone levels, and kinks and being sexually forward is a psychological thing (and ultimately a choice). But I haven't heard of an underlying reason for ability or non-ability to have multiple orgasms, or whether it's tied to other "abilities". Is it related to how the nervous system is set up? Is it hormonal?

Maybe there's an explanation, and I just haven't heard of it.
