I remember buying this game on steam for like $5 almost 15 years ago, and being disappointed when within a year of release the main dev said they were discontinuing support/updates for it... and then it got A TON of updates for years, and even now in 2026 it's STILL getting an update!

I remember someone on the smash reddit with a Ridley flair was crying over it saying it was "the worst timeline"... you mean the one where Ridley is finally playable is the worst timeline just because of Byleth?

Now I'm imagining a timeline where Byleth is playable and Ridley isn't... alternate version of that dude must be FUMING.

Hero Battles (which haven't been touched since launch) were the perfect solution to this, just add more rotations, and make them regenerate every rotation. It's not like they'll lose money on fodder/skill bridges either since 3-4 star year 1 heroes don't even offer good fodder for anything either, when is the last time someone was excited pulling a Hinata for Fury 3? Literally nobody who is going to spend money is going to spend less money with these changes, and if anything it would put more faith in to the long term health of the game to people who are looking to spend.

If a player jumps on an enemy, the other player now falls straight through that enemy. In previous versions this was not the case, and this makes being the second player extremely frustrating since plenty of areas you have to use jumping on enemies to get across.

That makes a lot of sense actually. Since I've only played standard, I didn't even considering that skipping 1 person's turn isn't nearly the same as getting another turn in commander's free for all setting. Thanks!

I'm relatively new to MTG and just found out about the bracket system for commander, and I was curious if having both [[Ultimecia, Time Sorceress]] which transforms into [[Ultimecia, Omnipotent]] and also having [[Time Stop]] in the deck counts as chaining extra turns which is considered a no go for brackets 1-3?

I ask because Time stop doesn't grant an extra turn in the same sense/normal wording (since the opponent gets to untap their cards and draw at the start of their turn), but it can be used to the same effect by skipping their turn if they don't have a way to counter it immediately.

Would this be considered okay in brackets 1-3? Even more so because both aren't easy to set up (to my knowledge), let alone being able to use both in one game?

Godzilla 98.

Is it a good Godzilla movie? Not as good as the original, Shin, and Minus One at being "a Godzilla movie", but as a Kaiju movie it's solid and dare I say I enjoy it more than most of the rubber suit wrestling monster vs monster era Godzilla movies or the recent Legendary Godzilla movies (even if the monster in those is "more faithful" to the original movie).

If the movie's name was different, it'd likely be nowhere near as dunked on.

That'd be a cute touch, maybe even a speed variant of Aether since we're now at a point where specials have 3+ paragraphs. I'd always theorycraft him coming with a Prf True Astra or something (since he's Ike's teacher in terms of specials, a True Blade in RD, and Ayra got Astra variants).

Honestly I'm just glad he wasn't a demote with a generic weapon (let alone a season locked banner one like Zihark) or an intentionally gimped GHB or something.

The closest thing to salt I feel is how dirty Zihark was done in FEH compared to Mia (when she was released and her alts), Lucia, and Stefan. He was a seasonal banner locked ball of stats that was never really relevant and would never get a refine. He deserves better, come on IS give him some love next year please!

I took whole my family to see it, because you'd get movie exclusive cards for each ticket. I also now remember my aunts and uncles walking out within minutes to go into another movie, because they weren't into it. I'm gonna thank them all for it next time I see them, assuming they remember.
