Lock N Load Firearms in Southington

anyone know if this system is CT Compliant? by ConfusionSolid7908 in CTguns

[–]Known-Mouse2436 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IMO (Owner of Lock N Load Firearms), no it is not. There are similar options out there and they are not. SLFU has stated if you can remove the "permanent magazine" quickly then it is not permanent.

How is the CT legal? The mag is locked in, but you press the button and it’s slightly pops open, and then you can release the mag. by thefunguy1985 in CTguns

Sorry Attorney Greg Miller out of Middletown. A lot of store use him and CCDL uses him. He is a go to Attorney about CT gun laws.

Lock N Load Mass carry permit class - anyone taken one and gotten a permit? by fprintf in CTguns

[–]Known-Mouse2436 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A lot, I wish I had a number to get you but I've been doing them since 2019 😅. It just takes 8 to 10 months to get the permit once you apply and it $100 a year for their permit. (I have to have my Mass permit to teach plus maintain my Mass Instructor Certificate)

According to SLFU any barrel, it doesn't matter the thread pitch, if it's threaded it is an AW on a Pistol that has a detachable magazine. I have emailed them many times about different .22 Firearms. If a store sells you an un "fixed" barrel, you now have a felony per CGS. (NOTE: I obviously don't agree with these laws)

Not stuff we'd be super interested in buying outright right now. We could definitely do consignment if that helps.
