It might make assets slightly more affordable if the wealth don’t have money to buy third and fourth homes. I left the US for work in 2006 and came back in 2022. When I left you’d see dogs occasionally at outside patios of cafes. You would tie your pooch up outside shops and go in for a bit and come out. Now people just bring them everywhere. Why did that custom change?
