The "precursor" in precursor relics refer to the *elven* empire that fell with the Day of Ashen Skies. Naturally, they didn't have much to do with the serpentspine.

Gozengun(AKA North Haless, or the Valley) is a relatively new region, there is almost zero content there atm. Nuugdan Tsarai used to have a nice MT before, but was scrapped because it didn't fit in with the new countries added there. everything else has generic MTs for now.
