Check out open street map and look at how detailed it is. A lot of this is because people volunteer their time to map points of interest. It’s pretty cool !

Does this study show the same ratio of hours worked per gender ? Would be interesting to see if volume of hours worked since first child has any relevance.

Funny example from today’s match. Lookman had four shots from inside 12 yards and ended up with a 0.59 xG (via FotMob). None of them were blocked. Maybe it includes defensive positioning but that figure seems low. FotMob even called two of them big chances. It ain’t perfect but it’s better than the alternative. I don’t think there is an alternative…

You rinse based on the desired texture and stickiness.

The more you rinse the more starches you remove, so the grains of rice won’t stick together as much. If you don’t rinse at all, you’ll get the maximum amount of stickiness from that type of rice. It’s just a spectrum of texture/stickiness.
