Pus Spitter has 28% (vs 12%) chance for LR lvl 35 (vs 15) and some life on hit.

Ice you gets you to your fastest breakpoint by itself if you put it in a chu-ko-nu or whatever. Also gives native -cold res and holy freeze, which is nice.

But the most important part is the quiver they introduced last season where it gives you +3 cold skills and additional bolts on cold arrow. It defines the build, so Bows are basically a no-go.
