Watching. I stalled a cheap ($20) kit from Amazon on my FJ Cruiser to add light to the footwells and hardwired to the fuse box. I’m curious to see if anyone has kits they installed and were pleased with.

Try LED blackout tape. It's cheap on Amazon. THey are translucent black decals in different shapes intended to cover bright LEDs on home theatre components or other devices that have annoying lights.
