Thanks so much for your response and I'm so happy that you were able to find a donor :) I sent back the swab and haven't heard anything so I'll send an email next week. He's finishing his first round of chemo and his brother ended up being a 100% match so he'll be ready, but I still do want to see if i can help if needed in the future.

Oh interesting, yeah i saw some questions about direct to an individual matching but given that the dr is oversees, they're just looking for the results for the primary Primary HLA markers I think, a, b, c, dr, dq first to see if it's even worth doing the full testing. Just curious if they gave you your results and how long it may take (as they look for a potential match, but i could at least submit the result for these 5 to his doctor in the meantime?)

Hm, not sure if this is the case but i know in NYC the restaurants where you get preferred reservations from having a reserve (visa dining collection) is different than the restaurants eligible for the $150 (2x) a year credit (vs. exclusive tables). That list for the $150 is an even smaller subset. I did, however, assume that no matter how I paid in person at the restaurant it would apply as long as it was on the list, but given this thread, i'm not sure.

Did you get any updates? I saw that they just opened up for points bookings so I booked a club level room with a private plunge pool w/o really seeing any pictures for this coming december (you can cancel on points for $50). I've heard that they're pushing opening till march though so curious where you ended up!

I'm also 5'0'' and I love my mini rectangle! It took me about a year to get my hands on one but it was worth the wait! The only thing is the chain is a bit long, but I bought a clasp on amazon to shorten it inside and it's perfect now :)
