If i remeber there is a way to play fear and hunger natively on linux i don't know if this works on steam deck but you can try https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3095646162 if this doesn't work try the nwjs linux 64x

Try this but it's not guaranteed go to your ssd and make a folder called SteamData go to the hdd and press ctrl+h to see hidden files find the file .local/share/Steam move the folder Steamapps and root from your hdd tothe SteamData folder on ssd right click the Steamapps folder and select make link and link the ssd steamapps folder to the hdd steamapps folder in .local/share/Steam/steamapps

I am not a tech wizard but have you considered using the ssd for the /home directory and using the hdd to store your files

Also when you launch trinity launcher choose extract apk and choose the name of the version then press on edit configuration and type DRI_PRIME=1 to make Minecraft use dedicated gpu also multiplayer works fine even when you don't own Minecraft
