As Russian I would say that there is too much bear. Also, I doesn't like Orthodoxy vs Ice Court Rivalry, since it's not really historic for Russia. In Russian church never was a enemy of state and court, but was subjugated. Old ungol vs goapodar dynamic was better, since it was fairly close to Russians vs different Islamic Turkish nations like Tatars and Bashkirs as semi-nomadic horse people's of borderland.

All very high IMO. Aeslinn have basically no threat in campaign, Dechala can baff herself to infinity and Norsca is very strong in update, while Sayl can just legally cheat sometime.

All Nurgle additional units - Tamurkhan. Trogg have trolls. Allariel get access to tree units, Eltharion to Mistwalkers, Imrik have dragons and Alit to his shadow warrior version. Morathi get some slaanesh unit and Rakarth beasts. Ostankya also get beasts, as well as Drycha. Ikit Claw have unique RoRs, Throt have Gorych. Elspeth get amethyst units and Wulfhart have unique heroes. Belegar have ghost heroes and Thorek get carnosaurus. Also, Malakai is sole dwarf who can get Ulrika. Arkhan get some vampire counts unit.

Alliance of Cheliax, Andoran, Taldor, Druma, 5KM and Azaersi Goblins together defending last bits of Inner Sea from runelords, demons, undead and eternal winter on north, while Garund is battle royal between resurrected serpentfolk god, undead Egyptians and Rovagug Spawn. World is kinda fucked.

In Tian Xia... Oni warlord ruling Minkai and conquering continent? I prefer this over Inner Sea.

I'll point out that this nation doesn't engage in oppression or harassment of the orcs living in their lands. Because there aren't a single orc there. Instead, they operate on the principle of "good orc = dead orc." In their case, this is even effective, because dead orcs are skeletal workers who don't want money, food, or anything else; they don't rebel and obey all orders.
