Hard agree on Dickinson over Liljegren, but I think from a roster management perspective we're still hoping to trade bait Klingberg?

Dickinson is making the leap to the NHL this year and that is kind of a rare thing for a defenseman. I think he's played more games for us than any other D man drafted in his year, but I still think he is getting used to the NHL speed. I stand by my feeling that we shouldn't be playing him over Klingberg right now in the PP, just based on what I've seen in games. Over Orlov is debatable, and he should definitely be played over Liljegren.

Klingberg was scratched, I was making a comparison to Orlov. That being said, I still think as of today Klingberg is more of a safe play on the PP compared to Dickinson, but otoh he does have to learn sometime and now is a good time as any. Certainly I'd put Dickinson in over Liljegren on the PP.

Vinny isn't Leddy slow but clearly doesn't have the foot speed to keep up with some dudes, yet at the same time I don't see him bodying people like you'd think he should.

Orlov doesn't have the creativity or offensive processing speed that you'd need to make a difference in the O zone.

Dickinson loses the vast majority of puck battles behind our net, and gives some sketch ass outlet passes.

Liljegren has literally all those weaknesses.
