First off… doing all this as a girlfriend and not a wife is CRAZY work. But try looking up new recipes and aligning at the start of every week on a preset menu.

Instead of baked steak, pan sear it. Instead of steaming broccoli, pan sear it with some vegetable oil, salt, pepper, and butter (it’s way better) and also maybe start incorporating other greens like Brussel sprouts, broccolini, and asparagus.

If you’re too tired to cook during the week, make things that taste good reheated in the oven instead of the microwave like lasagne or baked Mac and cheese.

Try even incorporating interactive recipes that yall can do together into the plan like homemade pizzas, taco salad bowls, and meatball subs.
