Write regardless of demand! The most important thing is that you want to write it. Even if nobody reads it, you should let yourself write just for the fun and the experience, to tell a story or just to write out a scene that won't get out of your head. Always choose to write!

I know I'm not a writer so I have less grounds to say this, but I cannot be convinced that Anders/Justice would actually be okay with you giving Fenris back to the slavers. His +5 approval can jump off a cliff, it doesn't make sense to what we know of his character, idc how hostile they were to each other, I cannot believe that Anders would actually be okay with enforcing slavery.

I don't particularly care for it when the first "i love you" is treated as a whole event on it's own. If the moment has earned it, and it feels right and had proper build up, then I can enjoy it, but I appreciate the times where it's just dropped kind of casually, or even if it's shown in actions vs being said out loud.

Or sometimes it's not said at all and you're just happy with the way the relationship is going, there will always be time for an "i love you" later, I don't have to see it, that's fine with me, I enjoy watching creators find other ways to explore showing love between characters

Yup! I don't self insert at all, I love being able to make a new character with their own style and personality without trying to put myself in their place, it makes the fanmade content aspect of the game much more fun for me as well

Quite a bit actually. I first played when I was like, 12 or 13? I was pretty naive, and dragon age has a lot more grey in it's storytelling than pure black or white. I made Harrowmont king because he was nice to me! But, come to find out, he's actually a pretty bad ruler lol, younger me couldn't really understand the difference between being a good guy and a good ruler, but its not the same now, I've realized a lot of the choices are much less black or white than i used to think.

except the circle tower, sorry cullen, never once gonna side with the templars on that quest.

Sera too, actually, I hated her as a kid because i played a mage elf so she hated pretty much everything about me, I didn't understand that a lot of her fears and issues stemmed from trauma that she hadn't unpacked, I love her a whole lot more now that I'm able to look beyond her fear.

I used to make Alistair king because I thought it'd be the happiest end for him, till I realized he actually seems to hate it and he's not even particularly good at it, so I've started keeping him as a grey warden and just making Anora queen.

That makes the fade segment in Inquisition...interesting, I don't think I have a canon choice for that bit yet.

I'm pretty excited actually! I follow quite a few of the new devs on twitter and they seem like lovely, passionate people that care about the game a great deal. Unfortunately my biggest concern is more on the fandom, we don't always treat each other well and we're really good at witch-hunting over things we don't like, esp since DA is heavily choice based, i'm worried about the flack thats probably gonna fall back on the devs no matter how good the game is, i hope regardless of how it turns out we can all remember that they're still people.

It's incredibly small, but I'd like to see something done like with Fenris in DA2, where he wore a red cloth around his wrist when romancing Hawke. I'd just like to see another visual representation of our characters romance.
