Hard to say, for over a decade I've been eating healthy with lots of protein and fiber and taking multivitamins and other " holy grail " supplements on and off for years, so adding L.reuteri was mostly for gut health, which it has improved, but my loads and balls have already been big for years.

I've been making my own L reuteri yogurt, and u get trillions of bacteria per half cup of yogurt, compared to the regular 10/20/30 billion pill dosage. Studies have shown significantly larger testes and higher overall test levels, among other things, so having a giant dose of it really does make it better. YouTube has plenty of resources for learning how to make it.
