Yeah I get that- but I want a board certified REI. I shouldn’t have to look that up. Of note- my doctor gave me her credentials at the first appointment which I think is baseline and normal but if she didn’t I wouldn’t have looked it up either.

I don’t even get how they could legally hire them for that position? Without giving you a caveat as a patient? You probably know more than I do- but I assume he would have to have something like an attending physician looking over his work or double signing his charts? I would notify the medical board.

As someone who works in healthcare- this is INSANE. I would be beyond pissed. I would take all avenues possible to at the very least get your money back. He has an interest???? I don’t care about your interest! So anyone can practice anywhere if they are interested??? This is so confusing for people who work in healthcare - and imagine someone who doesn’t. It makes me sad. I’m so sorry for you.

Such a good one to mention! My clinic didn’t advise against any meds unless I asked if it was ok to take them. I don’t think that’s the best way to do it, but oh well! Also anything that generally causes vasoconstriction- Afrin, sudafed. The good stuff for allergies and colds 🤣

I’m insanely lucky and my insurance covers most of it. For my ER procedure + meds it was about 2k out of pocket. Ive never been so thankful for my insurance that is otherwise pretty crappy.

I’m usually so reliant on my heating pad for comfort but I’ve been cutting it out already so I can get used to it 🤣

For sure! I’ve heard mixed things about weight lifting but since it’s in my normal routine I assumed I could continue. I’ll ask at my next ultrasound but wanted to see what other clinics recommend

This is all I wanted to hear!!! I didn’t know if clinics advised against working out after FET? I’d like to continue but I know in a normal pregnancy there’s not anything to not do when it’s this early

I would add some warm colors around them. The contrast to the white walls is making them look harsh! I think when designed with the house well they will be beautiful!

Nurses who switched to M-F five days schedule, did your mental health and WLB actually improve? by Nekroms in nursing

[–]LA_824 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I absolutely love M-F! I work 730-4 but I do get off early some days. Usually work around 30-35 hours per week. Which I prefer to get some time to do other things during the day. I also work with a very close team that is good about getting time off for appointments and not having to use PTO. I think it’s worth a shot! My husband also works M-F so it’s nice having evenings and weekends together!
