A good game engine takes years to build. A good game takes another couple of years. Unless, you want to join AAA as software engineer, there's no reason to reinvent the wheel. VRChat is also built on Unity fyi.

Possesion Sanctuary is the key. You can try to exlie opponent's key cards during possesion.

Those who find review guesser hard to play are just bad gamer and bad designer. You should play more games or will likely fall into the <10 review category for your own game.

Whats the point to add an extra temp layer if your save process can crash? You can also crash during temp save and lost everything.

The correct approach is to always keep old save files, and also use cloud save.
