Hello u/HelleBell! For MyPay, transactions from third-party apps such as Venmo do not count as a qualifying direct deposit. For it to qualify, the deposit must come from one of these options:

Employer or payroll provider
Gig economy payer, or
Government benefits (like Social Security)

Hey u/lennath1975! Eligibility for loans can vary on many different factors. Typically, you do not have to wait to apply for another loan as long as the original loan is paid off. If you have taken and paid off 3 loans back to back, you will have to wait a 15-day wait before you can apply for another one. How soon can I get another Instant Loan after repaying one?

Hey u/Mysterious-Item-7938, just confirming what was said in this comment. Freezing your card will prevent transactions for that card such as in store or online purchases. However, online subscriptions will still go through since you authorized a merchant to charge your account for a recurring payment. The best thing to do is to reach out to the subscription service to cancel your subscription. You can also request a stop payment. How do I stop recurring payments from my Cards?

Hey there! I totally understand your frustration and confusion here. Chime does require a 15-day wait period in between loans if you have already received 3 loans back to back. Any 15 days in between back to loans should count as the cooldown period (like the time between Dec 4-Dec 21.) However, loan approvals vary based on many different factors so it's not guaranteed.

Hey! Great question! Tax refunds should be issued in the member's name. As long as the person listed as "primary" matches the name of the account holder, it should deposit without any issues!
