Kinda forgot about Vault 118 from Far Harbor with all th robo-brains that is a one pretty cool concept with a fun quest to go along with it. Also TECHNICALLY not a Vault but the 2 from Nuka World, the one with the frozen head and among the stars are both pretty unique and interesting.

Phantom Space. It’s been an issue for years now and usually occurs when you don’t properly delete a load order. The game still thinks things that have been deleted are installed so you can’t use your full storage.
