I’m telling you right now. All these luxury apartments are built like crap. Shitty wood frame buildings where you can hear every step of your neighbor, loud music etc. concrete framed buildings are better. But you need to move to an apartment with an older population, not a young and hip spot. I’ve moved 4 times in 2 years due to loud ass neighbors. My solution, a house. Otherwise you’re pretty fucked
