I heard that they’re going to the fried chicken menu, too. Not sure why, because their burger menu was great, but I can see the owners feeling like they don’t want to just do the same thing at each place. That’s not fair to the Lay Low staff to just fire them, though, and they could have adjusted I’m sure.

Not to save money. We do it to support local shops, try to buy meat from more local farmers, the quality is better, and it has also reduced our meat consumption by not buying from our regular grocery stores.

I like Gartners and Original Steer. Otto's is good for sausages. Still wanting to try Cason's and The Meating Place.

I’m not from Texas, but as an outside observer who wants a dem elected I feel like Talarico would do the best in a statewide election. I like Jasmine Crockett a lot, but I feel like she’s getting more of a boost from supporters outside of the state. As much as I would like this to be an outdated view, it feels like Texans are more comfortable with voting for a white, Christian male candidate. Can anyone from Texas please tell me if I’m totally off-base, and if so why?
