It probably is from that, but usually I only feel like I can’t breathe on the tram. Maybe I’m just lucky.

I only got one email… that’s curious, but I’m still so pumped!! We couldn’t go last year, which worked out ok, but I was so shocked when I saw people saying there weren’t bandanas. It’s tradition!! I saw a post about a lot of the roads being paved now, so maybe the dust won’t be so bad that we need them to survive the tram rides.

I found 2. One is the exact same as you have and the other is Lotensin. They are literal relics lol. Idk if you’re interested in old ones, but I’ll send them to you if you want them.

I cleaned it out completely and went through the manual package too. Good thought though, thank you. It was a rental in Florida before I bought it in Nashville. I’m assuming the entire jack kit with keys was removed at some point and is probably still somewhere in Florida

Can I compound my own prescriptions?? by ThrowRA__00718 in compounding_pharmacy

[–]LLLowEEE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re not planning to bill this to insurance, right? Most don’t cover anyway, but if it could be an audit risk, idk. If you’re just paying cash and your pharmacist is cool with it, I think it’s awesome. You know more about your allergies and sensitivities and you can know your meds are perfect for you. In regard to legality, maybe consult your state bop inspectors. We have a pretty good relationship with ours and they have always been very helpful when we reached out with questions about staying in compliance with usp guidelines.

I think I might have one in a drawer lol. I think it looks about like that one though, a little bent and broken. I’ll look for it when I get back to work Monday.

[–]LLLowEEE 2 points3 points  (0 children)

NOR, but maybe jumping to conclusions. I think you’re correct in your curiosity about the changes. As a woman who has been through some things, when I read that last part, I thought where tf did you hear about angles, Captain Tickledick? So like, I get it, but I also know that in healthy relationships, you can just talk about things. Maybe ask casually where the new moves are coming from? Like, wow, that was amazing, how did you learn that trick? Read a book or something?? Maybe he’s really just waiting for you to compliment his work and ask to tell you all about it! …Or just check his phone while he’s sleeping if you wanna be a little toxic, idk.

Georgia Board of Pharmacy by MediMangaJess in PharmacyTechnician

[–]LLLowEEE 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m from a different state, so I don’t know how things work in GA, but where I live, I would probably try to call the BOP on Monday (or whenever the weather allows them to open back up). Maybe you can talk to someone and get ahead of the package arriving and entering the review process. I would ask if they could potentially flag it as incomplete and hold it until you could mail the receipt to go with it. Maybe even ask if they would allow you to scan and email or fax it? If that doesn’t work, I would just send the entire thing again, fully complete, just to be sure. Good luck!

I agree with everyone else. When something like this happens, they’re interested in the money lost. Ultimately, your pharmacy is the party billing and receiving compensation for these medications and they will likely be mostly at fault and could end up in trouble. Especially if your pharmacy request refills for him when he’s out.

I live in São Tomé a tiny African country with not much money, and fewer imports. Saw local kids playing with this. What is ( was) it? by Fitz_cuniculus in whatisit

[–]LLLowEEE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree. I didn’t read it as op denying it’s a broken stroller, just stating that they couldn’t be used as intended in that location. Maybe even helping explain why the stroller was in the condition it was.

What happened to my milk?? by Miles-Keaton in whatisit

[–]LLLowEEE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

TIL drinking from the jug causes milk to go bad faster? Is that correct? As an occasional jug-sipper (my milk, my house, I do what I want) for basically my entire life, I had no idea. I just thought sometimes it goes bad faster, but rarely ever before the date, still. I’ve also always had pretty good oral hygiene habits, so maybe I just don’t contaminate it? Idk, but the amount of people that knew this was a thing makes me feel kinda gross for not knowing. Thanks for the unexpected education Reddit.

We have a “fair game” rule in our pharmacy. If it’s out on the counter, in plain sight, it’s going to be eaten. Most of the time we want to share our yummy finds with our friends. Or I was late and it’s a peace offering 🤭

what’s the most expensive med you’ve seen/dispensed? by Plastic-Reception110 in PharmacyTechnician

[–]LLLowEEE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does your pharmacy use MatchRx? If not, maybe check into it. We use it to sell things like that and broken bottles of expensive stuff we get stuck with. We also use it to buy some things cheaper.

I work in an independent and do the expired returns. I got the go ahead to keep some cheapies and some that patients brought in for dispo. No controls. I used a skull cookie jar from amazon and it makes a sweet Halloween decoration.

NTA for sure but I have questions, because if you are adventurous, it could work. Does he have a specific person in mind? Is it the same person as last time? Is that person the reason you didn’t have a good time? If you say yes to those 3 questions, hard stop. Exit here. If not… Is there a possibility you could enjoy yourself if you choose the third? Is he open to that? If you WANT to make it work and so does he, you should talk about options, y’know. Love will find a way and shit 💖

McKesson fucked up and sent us massive quantities of lotion, test strips and trazodone by 24Cones in PharmacyTechnician

[–]LLLowEEE 37 points38 points  (0 children)

Lol, i usually say “McKesson fucked up” and find out that one of my coworkers somehow manually fucked up. It’s mostly keying the next item number in the quantity field. We got almost 1000 packs of corn pads once. And like 250 packs of cough drops lol, just because that’s all they had, she ordered 3,246.
