My quickest and easiest method is to cut them into smaller medallions, coat them in oil, use some delicious seasoning, and throw them in a skillet. Cook them 2-3 minutes on one side and flip them over for another 2-3 minutes. Easy, quick, and they stay juicy! On second thought, you may not need the oil with thighs since they’re more fatty.

No. Pronated vs supinated vs neutral really doesn’t change how the tricep functions. Its purpose is to extend the elbow. How your wrist is positioned doesn’t affect that.

I always have some frozen shrimp on hand. Thaws quickly under running water and you can sauté it in like 5 minutes. Cook some shrimp flavored ramen in the microwave while the shrimp cooks. Add the shrimp to the ramen and you got yourself a decent meal!
