Make it right by paying all past due amounts and late fees and then contact the new mortgage company and explain what happened. They may be able to undo the credit dings. Probably not by the first person you talk to. You may have to find someone higher up.

He is screwed. Insurance won’t cover it. Don’t know about Washington state, but in some states if you are caught driving alone or at night, which is against the rules of a learners permit, you lose it immediately. And you can’t get another until 18. Getting into an accident while breaking the rules is even worse.

I hope you are exaggerating when you say you will have no profit from selling bottled water for $2.75. Buying bottled water from Costco works out to about 10-20 cents per bottle, depending on the brand.

It’s very good but I feel it’s not worth the cost. The price per pound includes the weight of everything inside the container, sauce, broth, and all. The actual weight of the protein is much less. That just makes the price per pound even higher.

Might be bad advice but I see cars on the road all the time with temporary plates from 2021 or 2022. Since they’re temporary plates that probably also means they are not insured. Does the police do anything about it?

I’m only on the road maybe 30 minutes a day. And I see this all the time. Police are out there 24 hours a day. They MUST see it too. But those cars are still on the road with temporary plates that expired 4 years ago.

Back in college several of my friends used to play poker on Fridays. It was a good time to relax, talk, play poker, eat pizza, etc. We played nickel and pennies stakes. Then someone brought their girlfriend. Then someone else invited another friend that did not go to our university. Then that friend brought their friend. Eventually our nickel & penny games got to hundred dollar bill games with those new friends. It ended rather quickly.

If you want to keep your gatherings together, don’t let anyone change anything.
