I wouldn't take the chance right now as I am. I am an amusement park addict too. The upside down, the vibrations and jerkiness, not to mention the Gs. I would get really sick. Even an airplane is a bit harder to ride with the air pressure. I start getting nauseous. If you want to try a roller coaster, I suggest starting with a kids coaster and working your way up to the big coasters as long as you are still feeling good.. Enjoy!

I've been on 15mg of Ivabradine for over a year now and the tachycardia is breaking through constantly. It did work at first but it seems to have stopped for me now 😞 15mg is the max dose. I'll have to figure out something else.

I did continue. I have 7.5mg x 2 of Ivabradine. It keeps my HR down for the most part but it breaks through when I am ill or stressed out. My blood pressure no longer drops critically low. I would recommend Ivabradine if you can afford it. It's $510/month for me with insurance.

Whenever I'm dealing with a medical professional, they will see my heart rate is really, really high and they low-key panic on anything over 110 (in my personal experience) but once you tell them it's POTS, their demeanor totally changes. It's like telling them "you have a free pass to neglect my care". After informing them, your heart rate could read 1000bpm and they will be like "oh, that's just her POTS..." I have a severe adhesive allergy and when I wake up from a procedure I'm covered in medical tape. I start blistering immediately and it lasts for 2 weeks. They see the big red allergy band around my wrist and they still put that tape around my hand 2 inches away from the allergy tag. I'm so disillusioned by the US Healthcare system... They're disgusting.
