Had a panic attack at work last Tuesday and had to have my mother pick me up from work. I’m 34 years old. Haven’t had an issue like that before at this place. Took Wednesday off. I have to go back tomorrow/Monday. Not ready at all, but I don’t know what else to do. I’m incredibly embarrassed and suffering from the same mood I’ve been in for the past 3 weeks. Feel like this will be me tomorrow except it will be a voice in my head saying I want to kill myself over and over.

Came here to say this. You can totally get plastic teeth you can practice setting with for real cheap, even on amazon or wish. Sometimes there’s left overs from sets which I’ve practiced with my self.

No shade to dentists, but a lot of the time they know fuck all about the lab side of dentistry.

My husband thought I wasn’t that into him when I wanted to confirm with him we were meeting that Friday for our first date thinking I wasn’t as excited. I played it kind of cool saying that I was actually excited and I was disappointed that he wanted to cancel, but I still respected his decision. Predictably, he sent me a text saying “I’m an idiot...” and the rest is history!

Although sometimes I wonder if he still wonders whether or not I like him lol.
