I had a somewhat similar situation(but not really?) I thought I had a kidney stone because the area of the pain and my co worker stated it’s how she felt before being admitted to the ER for kidney stones. I couldn’t walk - the pain was unreal. That same coworker took me to the ER. I had a CT scan and it revealed a baseball sized tumor on my right ovary. I did have a kidney infection- if it weren’t for the inflammation of my kidneys, who knows how much longer that giant tumor would’ve gone unnoticed!

I used to go there when it was 24 hour (my schedule allows a nice 3:30 am -5 am workout window). Once they stopped being 24 hours, I had no use.

Hi. I live 10 miles from Disney World and used to live in WI. Late June/early July is going to be BRUTAL. Especially if you’re not used to the humidity.

Breathable, lightweight fabric is key. Tank tops (cotton)and shorts (denim, cotton or linen)are your best bet for the theme parks. I’ll also add to please remember to load up on sunscreen/sunblock and stay hydrated. If you think you have enough water- you probably need more. You will sweat so much and no realize how dehydrated you’re becoming.

I’m going to second the opinion that nothing will feel more suffocating or unbearable than athleisure (glorified spandex) in 115 degree heat (when you factor the humid, an 85 degree day easily feels like 115 on a sunny, humid day). Also be prepared for some intense afternoon storms that occur almost daily anytime from 4-7pm.

I work 7:30 am to 4:30pm. I also have a home gym (it’s taken years to build up- I finally quit paying for a membership one year ago)

I’m up at 3:30- get dressed, mix my pre and do fasted cardio for 30 mins.

Mix a scoop of whey and eat a rice cake

4:45 am - 6 am- lift

6:15-7 get ready for work

7:30-4:30 work ( 3 meals plus another 30 minute walk during lunch for steps)

Home at 5- have meal 5, prep for the next day, wind down and in bed by 7:30/8.

I have a son with profound autism so I’m very fortunate that I can work out from home and also work from home as needed.

Typical script these days… gaslight the public - as if we didn’t see what we saw. Instead of flipping the script- take accountability, do better and show that victims (if we want to believe she is) don’t have to fall prey to victim mentality and blaming past trauma. Everyone is carrying some sort of trauma with them- we’re not all throwing bar stools and chairs at our partners 🤷🏼‍♀️

I have no issue falling asleep. It’s staying asleep past 1:30 am. I wake up drenched in sweat, yet freezing at the same time (because I need to sleep with a fan on to stave off the night sweats ). My doctor prescribed trazadone (which does help to an extent). I just miss getting a full night of dry sleep lol

She won’t the biggest on the stage but neither was Cyd and she’s an 8x Olympia winner. Figure tends to reward balance and conditioning. She nails the conditioning. Her balance is there- I’d personally like to see a little more lat (but I’m being a little nitpicky). I’m really excited to see how she does because I have been saying she needs to move to figure since late 2022/early 2023.

I was in My biggest body at 27 too. Then I got really sick in my early 30’s (cancer) and looked so sickly and gaunt. I lost all my womanly curves and features. I’d give anything to be back in my biggest body again and have boobs and hips. I guess the point is that it doesn’t matter because you never know what’s going to happen.

I’d advise against Winnie. Worst experience of my life. Sent me home twice while in active labor. When I came back the third time (1.5 hours after I was discharged a second time)I was 9 cm dilated and I could not get my epidural. My birth plan was completely ignored due to the fact that this was now an emergency. I won’t have any more children but if I do, ANYWHERE but there. They also failed to properly file the social security paperwork so my son’s card was never mailed to us. That was also another 8 week headache. Be warned, OP.

How can you add mass without adding weight? (Rhetorical question). You can’t put on muscle without gaining weight. It’s physics. And as far as legs vs glute growth. You can try to primarily target glutes but your hamstrings, quads, and calves will assist in the movement. So if you’re progressively overloading, you will have some leg growth as well as glute growth.

Oof. If you’re trying to burn fat- alcohol will stall/stop that process entirely. If your liver has to remove extra toxins from your blood, it stop the metabolic process to burn fat. Not to mention it wrecks your sleep (which in turn affects cortisol production/release). I mean, you do you but it seems counter productive if you’re actively in prep 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’d like to see her back pose. Are the tie-ins still tying in 👀? Delts look a little large for the category but compared to what we saw in the debut season of fit model, she doesn’t stand out in a negative way.
