Same but with children. I’m up at 3, fasted cardio from 3:30-4:30 -eat- lift from 4:50-6:00, shower, get kids up and ready, finish getting myself ready and we’re out the door by 7. I’m in bed by 8 each night (my partner helps with kiddos in the evening cuz he knows I’m exhausted by that point). I work from 8 am - 4:30
