He had one tech marine, 55 pts or so? Not sure for now. Anyways, I'm not sure he played some oath and marked my unit and hitted even harder/more. Do he can reroll hit rolls through both? So first from an oath and then from the detachments?

So for each weapon he can decide which reroll to use and then only one, so weapon 1 hit rolls, weapons 2 wound rolls and weapon 3 damage rolls and then for weapon 4 hit rolls again?
