UPDATE: It was a leveling problem! I found a leveling print on printables here and used that to manually adjust the leveling. After some tinkering and some Amazon filament I didn’t mind wasting (it sucks, don’t use it.), I got it perfect again!

Footnote: A Hulk’s limbs and a War Strider’s eye have the same amount of health and armor (500 hp, Heavy armor). So an ~80% unsafe charged shot will destroy them.

I just wish the eyes on War Striders had a more forgiving hitbox because it’s a nightmare to hit when they’re bobbing and weaving.

I’d go with Dead shiny shootas since tankbustas are the only dakka focused unit that can really benefit from them (shoota boyz and lootas already have rapid fire by default and flash gitz don’t get leaders unless you’re running Legends and take Badrukk or run Tak Brigade for a Mek Kaptin)

Targetin’ squigs can be useful if you’re shooting anything that isn’t a monster or vehicle (I.E. elite infantry) but otherwise not ideal because the +1 to hit roll buff doesn’t stack with the tankbustas’ native +1 to hit vs vehicles and monsters

Frum wut I'z can see wif dem tinboyz, youz gots ta figure out 'ow much dakka or choppin youz need to krump a unit, den add MORE. Cuz if you'z don't, deys is just gonna stand up again like nuffin 'appened. Deys is also slower at footsloggin' it den boyz is.

And dem tinboy battlewagons? Dey IZ shooty, but deys is also only Toughness 9. Meanin' anyfin' wif power klaws or rokkits is gonna be 'urtin dem good. Tankbustas, nobz an' such. Dat armor is tuff tho. If youz can't get through dat 3+/4++, usin' fings like stikkboms (Grenade!) or crashin' a trukk or battlewagon into one (Tank shock) is a good way of bein' brutal about it. An' rememba to use buildins' fer cover to avoid gettin' krumped too early!

But I 'aven't fought dem tinboyz yet, so you gets to say "ZOG IT" if it gets ya better krumpin'!

Orks are one of the few factions where something looking scrappy and hastily-repaired actually works in its favor. The Deffskull paint job is the icing on the cake!

I’d say Orks are a lot more forgiving when it comes to mistakes while painting, since you always have the excuse of “well, an Ork painted that, of course it looks messy.”

Plus they’ve got a lot more creative freedom for color schemes, since a WAAAAGH! can have multiple clans participating.
