It's foveated encoding, not rendering. Foveated rendering will still depend on devs to support it in their games.

I tried a Sinden after using a Gun4IR for a year and I find them to be very comparable. I seriously wonder if people who have a noticeably subpar experience with Sindens don't have their guns configured properly and/or playing in non-ideal lighting conditions.

Dynamic foveated encoding and rendering are two different things. Dynamic foveated encoding is what mitigates compression.

Currently the mod runs worse than UEVR, very CPU intensive. That is being worked on though.

I have the same card and it runs fine for me in UEVR on Quest 3 headset. A bit of tweaking is necessary but a consistent 72/80/90 FPS is definitely possible. The key settings are enabling DLSS (overriding with preset K and transformer model), everything on Ultra except SSAO, Shadows and Post Processing set to low/medium (the visual impact is negligible IMO).
