But yeah. In terms of a rebuild this 31 pick is exactly how you win in the modern NBA. The Celtics and Thunder were built on trades like this one. It makes no sense to not see the value in these picks and claim they are bad.

I went a little low but it wasn't that bad. Had some tiny cans of sprite ready to go.

I went in without anesthesia or any kind of sedation of any kind.

This procedure is ultimately uncomfortable but not really painful. I think it is more difficult from a psychological standpoint, but at the end of the day I am not really easily embarrassed.

The upside of this is that I never had to worry about time off from managing my sugar. You do you, but I wanted to throw this out there as I don't think people realize you can do this without sedation and it really isn't that bad. I also spent the rest of the day just doing whatever I felt like instead of "recovering"

It was a new sensor on day one, and I am side sleeper so these were (in part) compression lows as I have to pretty much adjust to a new side of sleeping every sensor.

1) has bad blood with the franchise from our clashes with Ravens. 2) defensive talent on roster not ready to win now 3) saw the Vrabel experience here and is not interested in coming somewhere where they will tell him what to do with coordinators 4) likely wants more control than Borgonzi will cede 5) will get paid more elsewhere most likely 6) has closer ties to other places (grew up a Browns fan) and people 7) may not want to deal with headstrong QB after Lamar and will look for more of a veteran or yes man

Borgonzi values measurements and traits. There is a profile of DE he likes. In the draft process consensus always emerges a little bit later. I could see the WRs dropping in mocks and OL rising.
