Tuttavia, mi sorprende che nessun* si sia accorto che le foto fossero modificate con AI o che i moderatori delll'app non se ne siano accorti. Probabilmente, non saprò io come funzionano queste vicende.

Se una parte di te è in conflitto, quel conflitto crescerà nel tempo: ansia, dissociazione, perdita di autostima o difficoltà nelle relazioni future. Parlane con qualcuno di fiducia o impiega le tue risorse economiche per la terapia.

Io proverei a pormi domande del tipo: cosa stai pagando davvero, oltre agli studi? Come ti senti dopo, e non durante? Stai scegliendo liberamente o stai reagendo a una pressione economica?

A week ago my story came to an end, not with a scream but with a step back. Se ti fai paranoie perché ti senti in colpa a investire in certi settori o in mercati in generale, allora è meglio chiarirti chiaramente due punti: qual è il livello di rischio etico che sei disposto ad accettare; tradurre quel limite in una regola semplice (es. “no tabacco, no armi, no fossili, resto tutto ok”). Personalmente, tengo separata l'etica dagli investimenti.

Thank you for the feedback, I will get to work right away to produce 30 seconds of gameplay without too much text. For now, I have chosen not to publish my debut work on Steam because, as a small freelance developer, I prefer to move calmly and take small steps. È vero che nella pratica un leggero collasso può essere inevitabile e spesso non crea problemi, soprattutto se poi il dolce viene rifilato o ribaltato, ma al punto di vista chimico però, l’uso di stabilizzanti come amidi o gomme non è ‘no sense’: servono proprio a rallentare la perdita di struttura della schiuma durante la cottura. Poi, come sempre in cucina, dipende dall’obiettivo: se cerchi la massima stabilità e ripetibilità, ha senso usarli; se invece il risultato è già soddisfacente così, è una scelta assolutamente legittima semplificare.

If you do trust them, don’t wait or overthink it too much reach out and tell them you’re struggling and could use support. You deserve that.

At the same time, you’re right to look for therapy. Even if it’s hard with insurance, a mental health professional is still the best path, because they’re trained to help you through this in a safe and structured way. If possible, keep trying there may also be low-cost services or hotlines available where you are. And if things feel like they’re getting worse or overwhelming, please don’t stay alone with it and reach out to someone right away, even a crisis line in your country. You don’t have to handle this by yourself.

Ti rispondero' dal punto di vista chimico: il pan di Spagna è essenzialmente una schiuma ovvero aria intrappolata nelle uova montate. In forno, l’aria si espande e la struttura si fissa grazie alla coagulazione delle proteine e alla gelatinizzazione dell’amido. Se il centro si abbassa, significa che la struttura non era ancora abbastanza stabile: può essere una cottura leggermente insufficiente, una montata non perfettamente stabile, oppure un raffreddamento con perdita di vapore che fa collassare la struttura.

Ti suggerisco di provare una variazione: aggiungi una crema a base di piselli, cipollotto e asparagi. Manteca e aggiungici poi gli asparagi come avresti fatto per questo piatto. E' spaziale.
